In 2002, she was appointed as Corporate Secretary of Allied Banking Corp. until her appointment as Corporate Secretary of the Company in 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Sto. Tomas and has a Post-Graduate degree in Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines.
Atty. Marivic T. Moya

Atty. Moya is the Chairman of Brinell Int’l Partners Inc.; the Corporate Secretary of Macroasia Airport Services Corporation, Macroasia Properties Development Corporation, First Aviation Academy Inc., Philippine Airlines Inc., and Asia’s Emerging Dragon. She is likewise the Corporate Secretary and Director of Macroasia Air Taxi Services Inc., Macroasia Mining Corporation, Boracay Tubi System, Inc., Summa Water Resources Inc., Macroasia Catering Services, Inc., Macroasia Sats Food Industries Corporation, Macroasia Sats Inflight Services Corporation; a Director of Naic Water Supply Corporation and the Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer of LT Group, Inc. She started her career as a Legal Officer at the Legal and Evaluation Division of the National Bureau of Investigation. A year later, she went to work with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration as a Hearing Officer, Adjudication Branch. Thereafter, for six years, she served as Chief of the Docketing and Investigation Division of then Philippine Medical Care Commission, now known as the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC). Subsequently, she became Officer-in-Charge of the Hearing and Investigation Service of PHIC before she was appointed as Corporate Secretary thereof. In May 1996 up to February 1997, she worked as a Manager of the Human Resources Department of Grand International Airways, Inc., and as Consultant for Human Resources of Astroair, Inc. for a brief period. She likewise served the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon as Graft Investigation Officer I and was subsequently promoted as Graft Investigation Officer II until she became Chairman of the Service, Incentives and Awards Committee Afterwards thereof. From May 1999, Atty. Moya worked for the Macroasia Corporation as Vice-President of the Legal, Human Resources, External Relations and Compliance Officer and Chief Information Officer, and thereafter promoted as Senior Vice-President thereof.
Dioscoro Teodorico L. Lim
Chief Audit Executive
Mr. Lim is a Certified Public Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting, from the University of San Carlos – Cebu. He started his career in 1976 as a Staff Auditor in SGV and, after a year, became Field in Charge until the year 1978. In 1979, he joined ABC as Junior Auditor and rose from the ranks in 1986 to become an Audit Officer. In 2000, he was designated as Head of the Internal Audit Division, appointed as CAE of PNB on February 9, 2013, and thereafter as CAE of LT Group, Inc. last July 16, 2017. He also served as the Compliance Officer of Allied Savings Bank from August 2001 to August 2006 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Rosehills Memorial Management (Philippines), Inc. from 2011 to 2013. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners-Philippines and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
